Simone Carroll is the 5-year-old daughter of Christopher Carroll (her co-author/illustrator daddy). She assists her father writing and illustrating children's books, including their debut children's book, Winnie-the-Pooh and the Honey Jar Mishap. Her contributions to the storyline were inspired by evening readings with her family of Milne and Shepard's 1926 classic, Winnie-the-Pooh. She uses a combination of tracing, sketching, and digital illustration software (iPad, Procreate, and the Apple Pencil 2) in her books. She loves books, hockey, singing, riding her bike, science, piano, and art.
