Tribus Press – Return & Refund Policy

At Tribus Press, we feature a curated selection of bookish gifts, accessories, and our own published books. Depending on the item, fulfillment and return policies may differ. Please read the appropriate section below to understand how returns and refunds are handled.
1. Tribus Press Books (Published by Us)
We proudly publish and distribute original titles under Tribus Press, including:

These books are also fulfilled and printed by Amazon via Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP). As such, returns and refunds are handled through Amazon’s return policy for books and print-on-demand items.
Most books purchased through Amazon are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery if in new condition.
If you experience any issues specific to the quality of a Tribus Press publication (e.g., printing errors), feel free to contact us at tribuspress@tribuspress.com and we’ll be happy to assist or advocate on your behalf.
2. Amazon-Fulfilled Products (Affiliate Items)
Many of the products featured in our shop — such as bookends, stationery, reading accessories, and third-party books — are fulfilled by Amazon.com through the Amazon Associates Program.
For these products, Tribus Press does not handle shipping, returns, or refunds directly. All order support is provided by Amazon and subject to Amazon’s own policies.
